Pandemic is a Bukkit plugin that lets server administrators create, name, and spread custom diseases among players. Each plague can combine several effects, including nausea, weakness, slowness, poison, blindness, hunger, wither, speed, or jump enhancement, creating varied challenges for survival and roleplay gameplay.

After infection, a player can transmit the disease to nearby players, while food can also carry a small infection risk. Milk provides a way to recover, and administrators can cure players or destroy an active plague entirely.
