neoPaintingSwitch is a Bukkit plugin that makes decorating a Minecraft server easier by letting players cycle through painting variants without repeatedly breaking and replacing them. After placing a painting, players right click it and use the mouse wheel to browse available designs, while the plugin filters choices according to the space available.

A second right click, or simply walking away, confirms the selected artwork. The plugin can remember the last choice for future placements, and supports permissions plus WorldGuard regions.
