GroupManager is a classic permissions plugin for Bukkit and Spigot that lets you organise players on your Minecraft server into flexible groups with clear inheritance. It manages what each rank can do, from basic commands to powerful admin tools, using permission nodes, wildcard rules and negative or exception nodes for fine control.

Maintained by ElgarL, it also supports timed permissions, multiworld setups with mirrored configs and global groups, plus variables such as prefixes, suffixes and build flags for chat formatting and anti grief systems.
