DeathBarrel, safer death drops for your Minecraft server

DeathBarrel is a Spigot plugin that replaces scattered death drops with a barrel, or two when necessary, placed at the player’s death location. The container stores the fallen inventory, helping prevent items from despawning or burning in lava while keeping recovery tied to exploration and survival.

Barrels are resistant to fire and explosions, and administrators can configure messages, ownership protection, automatic removal when empty, and timed cleanup.
