RealDisguise, visible mob disguises

RealDisguise is a Spigot plugin for a Minecraft server that lets players transform their appearance into selected mobs while still controlling their character. Unlike a purely visual trick for others, the plugin is designed so the disguised player can see the disguise too, adding playful immersion to roleplay, pranks, and minigames.

Players use /disguise with a mob name or cancel it with /disguise cancel, with shortened commands also supported. Per mob permissions and a global permission help administrators control access, while configuration options can hide or vanish the player. RealDisguise 1.1.1 targets Minecraft 1.8. BoxToPlay makes it a convenient choice for a classic server experience.
