Helix, a next gen plugin and modding API

Helix is an experimental Java plugin that provides a shared foundation for Minecraft extensions. Designed as a next generation API, it helps developers build modular features and allows other plugins to depend on common systems instead of duplicating them. The project is open source under the GPL 3.0 license and is still evolving.

Its native major version is Minecraft 1.17, with reported testing through 1.21, including 1.20.6. Because Helix remains unfinished and may introduce breaking API changes, it is better suited to development and testing than a production Minecraft server.
