Ore Plus (Legacy)

Ore Plus (Legacy) is a Minecraft Java Edition datapack that adjusts vanilla world generation so ores appear more frequently. It does not introduce new minerals or change the core mining mechanics. Instead, it applies custom configurations to familiar resources such as coal, iron, gold, redstone, lapis lazuli, diamonds, emeralds, copper, quartz, and ancient debris.

Archived as the predecessor to newer Ore Plus projects, it offers editions with different generation intensities, including x2, x4, and Ultra variants. The datapack supports single player worlds and server side gameplay across Java versions from 1.16.2 through the 1.21 series. For our BoxToPlay Minecraft server, it creates a more generous mining experience while preserving the vanilla feel.
