Death Swap is a Java Edition Minecraft datapack that turns survival into a tense multiplayer minigame for two to eight players. Every five minutes, participants exchange locations, creating sudden dangers and opportunities to outsmart one another.

Before each exchange, a short warning gives everyone only a few seconds to react. Build traps, prepare hazardous environments, or place yourself in danger so another player inherits it after the swap. Deaths are tracked, eliminated players can enter spectator mode, and the last survivor wins. Our BoxToPlay server experience makes this strategic challenge ideal for friendly competitions, unpredictable encounters, and replayable matches.
