No Smoking! is a Bukkit plugin designed to add smoke and atmospheric effects to a Minecraft server. Originally created for steampunk environments, it can produce nine effect types, including smoke, sounds, potion breaking effects, songs, and lightning.

Administrators can place effects almost anywhere, group them by identifier, adjust playback frequency and viewing range, and control groups with commands or levers. Permissions are supported, making it suitable for decorative builds, machines, events, and themed areas.
