HeadshotEffects is a Bukkit plugin that makes precise projectile hits more noticeable on a Minecraft server. It can recognize headshots against players and supported mobs, then trigger configurable sound effects, particle bursts, extra damage, or an instant kill. Server owners can also choose whether effects apply to arrows or other projectiles, adjust armor conditions, and separate player and mob behavior.
