FastLeafDecay, Speed Up Leaf Decay

FastLeafDecay is a lightweight plugin for a Minecraft server that makes disconnected leaves disappear much sooner after logs are broken. It detects foliage no longer connected to nearby trunks, then schedules its decay without changing the usual survival experience.

The plugin works automatically on naturally generated leaves, preserves normal drops such as saplings and apples, and leaves player placed persistent leaves untouched. Administrators can limit the effect to selected worlds, adjust delays, and enable or disable particles and sounds. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for cleaner forests and smoother tree harvesting.
