BanItem, precise item control

BanItem is a lightweight Bukkit plugin that lets server owners restrict specific Minecraft items according to the world and the action involved. It can block placing, breaking, using, consuming, crafting, picking up, dropping, moving, attacking, enchanting, or wearing selected items, while also supporting blacklist and whitelist modes.

Its detailed permission system can create exceptions by world, item, action, or player group. BanItem also recognizes metadata, enchantments, potions, and custom items, with configurable messages, commands, and a developer API.
