TFC Tool Bindings for TerraFirmaCraft
TFC Tool Bindings is a Java Edition Minecraft datapack for TerraFirmaCraft on Minecraft 1.20.1. It adds binding recipes for stone tools, creating a progression based on the material used to secure each tool head. Tools without a binding suffer reduced durability, while straw, glue, jute, vines, string, and wool yarn provide increasingly stronger results.
Better bindings can grant full durability, the Well Forged trait, or the Perfectly Forged trait, improving the usefulness of early equipment. The project is now obsolete because its features were incorporated into TFC Better Stone Age, but it remains relevant for compatible modpacks and server Minecraft experiences.
