Mod Elemental Attack Damage Compat For Iron's Spells and Spellbooks

A simple mod that adds an attack attribute for weapons for each of Iron's Spells and Spellbooks' elements, and keeps default weapon attributes from being overwritten when adding a new attribute (can be disabled for flexibility). My first completed mod.
