Bad Packets for flexible modded networking
Bad Packets is a lightweight Minecraft mod library that standardizes custom network packets across different mod loaders such as Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt. Instead of each mod reinventing its own protocol, it offers a shared API so client and server can exchange data reliably, even when they run on different platforms.
In a modded Minecraft server or serveur Minecraft, it reduces compatibility headaches, makes cross platform packs easier to maintain, and helps avoid many mysterious packet related disconnects.
