Ventura Minecraft Datapack

Ventura is a survival focused Minecraft datapack that reshapes vanilla gameplay with systems designed to make exploration and everyday decisions more demanding. It adds thirst, a sleep tracker, limited regeneration, encumbrance, variable mob sizes, tougher mobs, ledge grabbing, speed paths, and a health point display.

Most features can be switched on or off through the in game menu, letting server owners tailor the experience. Thirst requires bottled water or a water jug, while dehydration, stronger enemies, and restricted movement create meaningful preparation. Ledge grabbing improves vertical exploration, and size variations bring extra unpredictability to encounters. Some custom item textures require the companion Ventura Assets resource pack.
