Designed for Minecraft Java Edition versions 1.20 through 1.20.4, it works alongside a required resource pack that provides custom models, sounds, and visual effects.

Slender Man evolves through three difficulty phases as players progress, beginning as a mysterious stalker before becoming a dangerous boss. He can appear in forests at night, blind or teleport players, trigger frightening encounters, and drop collectible pages. Burning all eight pages banishes him permanently.
