Gear Up is a Java Edition Minecraft datapack that rebalances tools and armor without abandoning the familiar vanilla style. It reshapes durability and core equipment statistics so every material has a clearer role throughout survival progression.

The pack integrates copper into early advancement by requiring a copper pickaxe to mine iron, while copper tools can also harvest redstone. Gold becomes a more practical alternative through improved attributes, and armor receives revised durability values.
