Fake Players, Server Side Bots

Fake Players is a Java plugin for Spigot and Paper that creates server side bots represented as genuine player objects. They can join a Minecraft server, interact with installed plugins, and appear useful for testing gameplay systems, player handling, and server performance without real users.

Administrators can summon or remove bots, make them send chat messages or commands, queue actions, and repeat them through reusable macros. The plugin was tested with older Minecraft versions, including 1.8, 1.12, and 1.16, but is no longer supported, so compatibility should be considered carefully. At BoxToPlay, we present it as a practical testing utility for experienced server owners.
