CitizensText, NPC dialogue for Minecraft servers

CitizensText is a Spigot plugin and Citizens add on that gives non player characters a more interactive voice. Server staff can create lines of dialogue, choose how messages are delivered, and make an NPC speak when a player approaches or interacts with it. Conversations can be directed to one player, helping builders design tutorials, quests, roleplay scenes, and immersive hubs without relying on static signs.
