AntiSpoof is an archived Java plugin designed to help a Minecraft server identify players who misrepresent their client. It analyzes reported client brands and registered plugin channels, making suspicious inconsistencies easier for staff to investigate. The final free release, version 1.2.7, expanded compatibility across Minecraft versions from 1.8 to 1.21.6 and supports Paper, Purpur, and Spigot.
Licensed under GPL 3.0 or later, this open source edition no longer receives updates, fixes, or new features. It does not include the proprietary Deep Probe module introduced with AntiSpoof Pro. At BoxToPlay, we present it as a legacy security tool for Minecraft server administrators seeking basic client detection.
