Authentication is a lightweight Java plugin for a Minecraft server that requires players to accept the rules before they can participate. New and returning players must use /accept to confirm that they have read the displayed information.

Until confirmation, the plugin blocks essential actions such as breaking or placing blocks, interacting with objects, and chatting. Welcome, rules, and restriction messages can be customized in the configuration, helping administrators create a clear entry process. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for older Bukkit setups, as the documented release targets Minecraft 1.11.
