Buttercup’s Shrines is a Minecraft Java datapack that adds rare shrine structures to Overworld biomes, inspired by adventure games such as Breath of the Wild. Each shrine hides one of ten combat chambers, where players face waves of hostile mobs, trial spawners, and occasional ominous encounters.
Victories award Challenge Keys for opening vaults filled with custom enchantments, while Boss Shrines introduce five powerful opponents, including the Shrine Golem and Silverfish Queen. With exploration, escalating combat, and valuable equipment rewards, it brings fresh objectives to a survival Minecraft server.
