Autorank, Automatic Progression for Minecraft Servers
Autorank is a Bukkit and Spigot plugin that automates player promotions on a Minecraft server. Administrators create customizable rank paths, then define requirements such as playtime, money, broken blocks, statistics, quests, or permissions. When a player completes the selected conditions, Autorank can execute commands that assign a new rank and deliver rewards.

How to add Autorank to your Minecraft server
