TransferCommand, the Nukkit plugin for server transfers

TransferCommand adds the /transfer command to a Minecraft Bedrock Nukkit server, allowing players to connect directly to another server by entering its address and, when needed, a custom port. With the default port, the shorter syntax is available for convenient hub or lobby navigation.

Administrators can also grant the transfer.others permission to let trusted players transfer someone else, while console use supports sending a named player to a destination. This lightweight plugin suits server networks and simple redirection setups, although a dedicated proxy may be preferable for more advanced connections. BoxToPlay makes this feature easy to include in a Bedrock multiplayer experience.
