VillagerGPT, AI Villagers for Your Minecraft Server

VillagerGPT is a Java plugin that gives Minecraft villagers conversational AI powered by ChatGPT compatible language models. Players can speak with any villager through chat, while each character reacts according to its profession, reputation, name, and surroundings, including biome, weather, and time of day.

Beyond conversation, villagers can negotiate better prices, invent unusual trades, shake their heads, play sounds, or end an exchange. Personalities can be customized in the configuration, and the plugin supports Paper and Fabric environments with an OpenAI compatible provider.
