Resource Pack Manager is a Java plugin that simplifies custom asset management on a Minecraft server running Paper, Purpur, or Spigot. It automatically detects compatible plugin packs, combines them with manually added archives, and resolves file conflicts through a configurable priority system. Mergeable content, such as language files, sounds, fonts, atlases, and supported item definitions, can be combined instead of replaced.

The plugin can host the finished pack directly from the server, use remote hosting when necessary, and send it to players when they join.
