MaceCooldownn, tactical mace control

MaceCooldownn is a lightweight Minecraft server plugin for Paper and Spigot 1.21.x. Designed for SMP communities inspired by formats such as Strength Bliss SMP, it adds a configurable cooldown after a player successfully hits an entity with a Mace, helping prevent repeated attacks and reduce weapon spam.

The cooldown applies per player and supports both PvP and PvE combat. Server owners can adjust the duration, enable or disable the system, reload settings, and customize player messages, with optional feedback when the Mace is unavailable.
