ActionAnnouncer, action bar announcements for Minecraft servers

ActionAnnouncer is a Java server plugin designed to display configurable messages in Minecraft’s action bar, the area above the hotbar. It can show a welcome announcement when players join, rotate messages at set intervals in ordered or random mode, or send a timed message to one player or everyone online through commands.

Administrators can add, remove, edit, start, stop, and reload announcements in game. The plugin also offers an API for integrations and supports %player% and %online% by default, with many more dynamic values available through PlaceholderAPI. At BoxToPlay, we see it as a practical way to share rules, events, tips, and reminders without filling the chat.
