Paranoia Horror, a Disturbing Survival Experience

Paranoia is a horror mod for Minecraft Java Edition that makes survival increasingly unsettling under specific conditions. In the Overworld, situations such as darkness, hunger, injuries, rain, thunderstorms, underground exploration, or being underwater can trigger paranoia. Once affected, you may hear footsteps, strange sounds, or creeper noises, receive unsettling messages, lose hunger, drop held items, take random damage, or find yourself unable to sleep.

The mod also introduces dynamic fog, limiting visibility near the surface while extending it at higher elevations. On a Minecraft server, BoxToPlay helps create a tense atmosphere for survival sessions with friends.
