Wormhole, cross world teleportation with Nukkit

Wormhole is a Nukkit plugin for a Bedrock Minecraft server that lets players move between worlds hosted on the same server. Its form based interface displays available worlds in a clear menu, making travel convenient for survival hubs, creative areas, minigames, and separate adventure zones.

Players with the wormhole.tp permission can use /worldtp or /wormhole to open the selection menu. The /worlds command displays the contents of the worlds folder without requiring permission.
