Iris Shaders, modern shader support for Minecraft

Iris Shaders is an open source client mod for Minecraft Java Edition that loads shader packs and enhances lighting, shadows, reflections, water, clouds, and atmosphere. Designed as a modern alternative to OptiFine, it aims to remain compatible with most existing OptiFine shader packs while also supporting packs created specifically for Iris.

Integrated with Sodium, Iris focuses on efficient rendering, smoother performance, and better compatibility with modded environments. It works with popular mod loaders such as Fabric, Quilt, and NeoForge, depending on the Minecraft version. For our BoxToPlay team, it is a strong choice for giving a Minecraft server experience a richer visual identity without changing core gameplay.
