Cryogenic Simulation is a story driven progression modpack for Minecraft 1.12.2 where you play as test subject XC 443, trapped in a mysterious virtual world controlled by the Atlas entity. Built around automation and clean world generation, it removes the Nether and The End to create a fully curated path that feels familiar on the surface yet deeply engineered under the hood.

The pack focuses on factory style systems with tools like a custom Patchouli guidebook and tailored machinery forks to streamline logistics and crafting. Combat is mainly contained in a dedicated simulation stage, so you can design expansive bases on a peaceful overworld and see if you can truly beat the simulation on your Minecraft server with BoxToPlay.
