DeathLightning, dramatic events for your Minecraft server

DeathLightning is a lightweight, highly configurable Java plugin for Bukkit and Spigot servers that turns ordinary moments into spectacular lightning events. Its main feature summons lightning when a player dies, with permissions or operator status controlling who is affected. Administrators can choose whether strikes are purely visual or cause damage, and set the number of bolts.

Beyond deaths, the plugin can spawn a zombie at the fallen player’s location, strike selected mobs when they appear, react to configured foods, and trigger on chosen commands. A reload command and detailed permissions make it practical for minigames, events, and playful survival servers. BoxToPlay helps you bring this dramatic touch to your Minecraft server.
