BungeeNPCs is an abandoned Java plugin for Spigot and Bukkit servers using Citizens. It lets players join another server in a BungeeCord network by interacting with a configurable NPC, creating a more intuitive lobby experience than commands alone. NPCs can use custom skins, permissions, names, and holograms displaying server information such as player counts.

The plugin also supports PlaceholderAPI, cooldowns, and commands executed by either the player or console. It was tested with Minecraft versions 1.8 through 1.12, but reports mention compatibility and duplication issues on newer setups.
