ServerReloader, custom stop and reload messages

ServerReloader is a lightweight Cloudburst Nukkit plugin for Minecraft Bedrock server administration. It adds console only reload and stop commands, protected by dedicated permissions. Before either action, connected players receive a configurable message, helping administrators explain a temporary reload or planned shutdown instead of leaving players without context.

Its configuration file provides separate reloadMessage and stopMessage entries, so wording and formatting can match your community. The plugin disconnects players with the selected notice, then reloads the Nukkit server or shuts it down.
