EnderPearlCooldownUltra is a lightweight Minecraft plugin for Java Edition servers running on Bukkit, Paper, or Spigot. It adds a delay between ender pearl uses, limiting rapid teleportation and making movement during combat more deliberate.

Designed for a Minecraft server focused on PvP, the plugin helps reduce pearl spamming, improve encounter balance, and give players clearer opportunities to pursue or escape opponents.
