TorchMaster, configurable mob control

TorchMaster is a Minecraft mod for Java Edition that helps protect bases and important areas from unwanted natural mob spawns. Its central feature, the Mega Torch, suppresses hostile mob spawning within a configurable radius, reducing the need to cover every surface with ordinary torches. The effect targets natural spawning, so mob spawners generally remain usable by default.

For more control, the mod also adds the Dread Lamp, which prevents natural passive mob spawning, plus the Feral Flare Lantern, which helps illuminate nearby terrain automatically.
