Backrooms, by MrEfe, is a Minecraft map for Java Edition built around the unsettling liminal atmosphere of the Backrooms. Designed for Minecraft 1.20.1, it places players in a maze like environment inspired by Level 0, with empty corridors, repetitive spaces, and a disorienting sense of isolation.

Published on April 5, 2026, the project was presented as 25% complete, making it an evolving experience rather than a finished adventure. Its unfinished state leaves room for additional levels and details over time.
