Woodcutter is a Java Edition datapack that turns the stonecutter into a versatile woodworking station. It extends stonecutting recipes to every vanilla wood family, including regular logs, stripped logs, wood blocks, planks, bamboo, crimson wood, and warped wood. Players can shape these materials into useful building components, such as stairs and slabs, with greater flexibility.
The pack also adds practical reversibility, allowing logs to be stripped and bark to be restored when needed. Some recipes are cheaper than their vanilla equivalents, making construction and resource management faster while preserving Minecraft’s familiar style. On our BoxToPlay Minecraft server, it offers a convenient quality of life improvement for builders and survival players.
