PotionLimiter is a lightweight Paper plugin for Minecraft servers running 1.21.1 or later. It gives administrators precise control over brewing by blocking selected potion types, including their long and strong variants. This makes it useful for balanced PvP, survival servers, roleplay projects, and custom game modes where certain effects could disrupt progression or competition.

Its flexible potion blacklist can be combined with a world blacklist, allowing restrictions to apply everywhere or only in chosen worlds. Administrators can reload settings, review active restrictions, and display a message when brewing is blocked.
