FaithBreak, Prayer Breaks for a Minecraft Server

FaithBreak is a Java plugin for Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, and Spigot servers running Minecraft 1.21.x. It detects each player’s approximate real world location through their IP address, then calculates local times for Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha. Prayer schedules require no manual location setup, making the experience simple for every player.

Two minutes before prayer, players can receive a gentle chat reminder or enter a temporary break through Kick Mode. Reminder Mode, Kick Mode, and Opt Out preferences are saved permanently, while administrators can configure the break duration or enforce kicks for opted in players. With ten language options and privacy conscious location logging defaults, FaithBreak adds a respectful pause to any Minecraft server hosted with BoxToPlay.
