EntityLimiter is a simple Java plugin designed to control the number of entities near players and reduce performance issues caused by overcrowded areas. It can limit mobs, animals, boats, minecarts, and other vehicles within a configurable radius and height, making it especially useful for creative servers, farms, and spawn egg systems.
Administrators can define entity limits, exempt selected worlds or entity types, control portal behavior, enable a spawn cap, and display particles when entities are removed. A name length restriction and reload command are also available. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for a smoother Minecraft server experience on Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, Spigot, or Folia.
