Passive Shield, invisible protection for Minecraft

Passive Shield is a configurable Minecraft mod that changes how shields work in combat. When a shield is held idle in the offhand, it stays hidden instead of covering the screen, while still blocking part of incoming damage. By default, it negates 33 percent of damage, and pressing right click instantly reveals the shield for standard active blocking.

The same passive effect works in the main hand, giving builders, explorers, and fighters reliable protection without interrupting movement or visibility. Damage reduction and concealment can be adjusted in the configuration, making it easy to balance the feature for your Minecraft server.
