HU: Harium, smarter Minecraft optimization

HU: Harium is a general purpose optimization mod for Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1 on Forge. Based on Lithium and Radium, it replaces inefficient vanilla code with faster implementations while preserving gameplay behavior. Its improvements focus on systems that often consume significant server processing time, including mob AI and pathfinding, entity movement and collisions, redstone updates, hoppers, inventories, and physics.
