ExcuseMeThatHurt, fairer neutral mob encounters

ExcuseMeThatHurt is a lightweight Spigot plugin for Minecraft 1.20.1 that discourages players from defeating neutral mobs through environmental tricks. When someone uses lava, fire, or pushes a neutral mob from a cliff, the creature can recognize the attack and become hostile. This makes encounters feel more consistent and gives risky shortcuts meaningful consequences on a Minecraft server.

The plugin also adds special reactions: villagers can alert nearby iron golems, zombified piglins can call nearby allies, and defeating a Pillager Captain through a cheesy method can grant Bad Omen. BoxToPlay makes it a convenient gameplay addition for servers seeking more immersive mob behavior.
