Better Mending

Better Mending is a lightweight Minecraft plugin for Java Edition servers that improves the standard Mending enchantment without changing the wider game. Inspired by the original Better Than Mending mod from legobmw99, it lets players repair an enchanted item by sneaking and right clicking while using experience they already have.

Compatible with Bukkit based platforms such as Spigot, Paper, Purpur, and Folia, the plugin can also support automatic inventory repair, permissions, configurable blacklists, and localized messages. It is a practical quality of life upgrade for any Minecraft server, and our BoxToPlay setup makes enjoying this smoother repair system simple.
