API+ is a legacy Bukkit plugin library created to help developers build extensions using Spout. It provides several focused APIs for registering custom item and block types, assembling new items and blocks, applying effects, and distributing materials through loadouts.

Designed as a foundation rather than a standalone gameplay experience, it supports projects such as Guns+ and Grenades+, helping creators expand a Minecraft server with custom content.
