KevsPermissions, lightweight permission management

KevsPermissions is a compact permissions plugin for Bukkit and Spigot Minecraft servers. Designed to keep administration simple and efficient, it manages player permissions and groups through a configuration based backend, with support for group inheritance and practical in game commands.

Its small footprint, around 50 KB, helps preserve server performance while providing an API for integrations and Vault permission support in version 2.0.1a. The project was tested with Spigot 1.11.2 and is now archived, making it best suited to legacy server environments.
