Global Powertools, Configurable Item Commands

Global Powertools is a versatile Minecraft server plugin that turns selected items into command activating powertools. Administrators can create an unlimited number of configurations and decide whether activation works with the main hand, off hand, or both, as well as in the air or against blocks. Commands may run as the player or console, include variables such as the player’s name, and use custom permissions.
